Bottom line: If you want steady work, a team that has your back, and a company that rewards effort, Centennial Homes is a place to grow.
The Homes Our Team Works With
You don’t need to be an expert on day one. Here’s a quick look at the two types of homes you’ll learn about with us.
Modular homes
- Built in factory sections, transported to the site, and assembled on a permanent foundation.
- Built to the same local and state building codes as site-built homes.
Manufactured homes
- Built in a factory under the federal HUD code, then transported and installed on the customer’s site.
- A strong value for buyers when budget is a priority.
Our paid training covers the details, so you can answer customer questions with confidence.
Where You Fit In
Every home we sell passes through many hands. Here’s how each team plays a part:
- Sales: Meet with customers, help them choose a floor plan and options, and guide them through the purchase.
- Office and administrative support: Keep paperwork, scheduling and communication moving so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Site preparation and delivery: Coordinate logistics and transport homes to the customer’s site.
- Setup: Assemble, set and connect homes on site.
- Service and warranty: Our own in-house service team, not subcontracted, handles service and warranty work after move-in.

Sales Manager
I’ve worked in sales for a long time, and what stands out about Centennial Homes is how solid the company is. There’s a real emphasis on letting employees earn what they’re worth. If you put in the effort, the opportunity is there.
This is a place where hard work matters, but so does learning the company culture. When you understand how Centennial Homes operates and why we do things the way we do, everything clicks.
There’s a bright future here for people who are willing to learn, stay committed, and take pride in what they do. That’s why I’m here, and that’s why I believe in this company.
Service
I’ve worked in service and delivery for a long time, and I can tell you this: Centennial Homes takes that side of the business seriously.
What I appreciate most is that the work matters. When we deliver and set a home, we’re not just checking a box. We’re helping someone take a big step in their life. The company understands that, and they give us the tools, training, and support to do the job right.
Centennial Homes values experience. If you show up, work hard, and take pride in your work, you’re respected here. There’s stability, there’s opportunity to grow, and there’s a real sense of being part of a team that has each other’s backs.
That’s why I’ve stayed, and why I see a future here.
Sales Secretary
My role as a sales secretary is really about helping people, both our customers and our team.
For customers, I’m often one of the first people they talk to, so it’s important that they feel heard and supported from the very beginning. I help answer questions, keep things organized, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks as they move through the process.
Behind the scenes, I support our sales and service staff by keeping communication flowing and making sure everyone has what they need to do their job well. When things run smoothly, it helps the entire team and, ultimately, creates a better experience for the customer.
What I like about Centennial Homes is that this role is valued. The work matters, and you can see the impact every day.
